1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads — that you are signed in, or that you have already answered the cookie banner.
2. Cookies we set

Analytics storage stays denied by default and is granted only when you choose Accept All — we use Google Consent Mode, so declining means no analytics cookie is written at all. We run no advertising trackers.
3. Third-party cookies
Google Analytics and Stripe are the third parties that set cookies here — analytics only if you accept, and Stripe only during checkout. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.
Note for customers embedding our chat widget on their own site: the widget itself does not set cookies on your visitors' browsers. Conversation state is held in the page, and your own site's cookie policy governs your visitors.
4. Your choice, and how to change it
On your first visit a banner offers Accept All or Decline. Declining still allows the strictly necessary cookies above — you cannot stay signed in or pay without them — but nothing optional is stored.
To change your answer, clear cookies for this site in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.

If we add or remove a cookie, we update this page and the date at the top.
