1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zackion AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Zackion AI is a software-as-a-service platform that allows you to create, configure, and embed AI-powered chatbots on your websites. We provide the AI infrastructure, dashboard, and embed tools. You provide the content and context for your chatbots.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the platform; exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or abusive means; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Chatbot Content & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload (knowledge files, system prompts, and configurations) and the responses your chatbots generate. Zackion AI does not review or endorse chatbot outputs. You must ensure your chatbot usage complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Plans, Billing & Limits
Zackion AI offers free and paid plans with defined usage limits (chatbots, messages per month, file uploads, etc.). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you exceed your plan's limits, your chatbot may stop responding until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
7. Embed Keys & Integration
Each chatbot receives a unique public embed key for integration on your website. Embed keys are scoped to a single chatbot and grant chat access only — not configuration or account access. You are responsible for managing and rotating your embed keys as needed.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Zackion AI. By uploading content, you grant Zackion AI a limited license to process and use that content solely to provide the Service. Zackion AI and its logo, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Zackion AI and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep Zackion AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data (chatbots, files, messages) may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.
11. Limitation of Liability
Zackion AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zackion AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
